Mullite MC-O

The goods is produced by use of local high quality kaolin in Mongolia. The chemical composition of MC-O is similar to Molochite (UK) and its properties are the same. It is mainly used for the kiln furniture and investment casting.

Initial Deformation Refractoriness Test: 34-35(1750/1770℃)

Linear Thermal Expansion:

Co-efficient (20-1000℃):（≤4.4）X 10ˉ⁶

The Grading of MC-0 are given below:

Refractories: 2-6.7, 2-4.7, 1-2(mm)

Kiln Furniture: -22, -30, -80, -120(mesh)

Investment Casting: Filler –200(mesh)

Stucco 16-30,30-60,22-60,50-80(mesh)

MC-0 is available in any range of particle size grading or compositions that are in accordance with customer’s demand.
