Magnesia Bricks
Description:
Magnesia bricks, a kind of basic refractory with more than 90% magnesium oxide content, are made from fused magnesia. It is devided to different name like magnesia bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks and magnesia-zircon bricks according to their raw materials.
Features:
Magnesia bricks have the excellent resistance to alkaline vapor and slag, high refractoriness,strong ability of thermal conductivity, lower apparent porosity.
Application:
Magnesia bricks are used for regenerator of glass furnace, cement kiln, metallurgical furnaces for nonferrous metals, steel making electric furnace, flat furnace, converter and holding furnace in the parts contacted with alkaline materials.
