White Fused Alumina (Abrasives)

Description:

White fused alumina (WFA) has Al2O3 content of over 99% and contains small amounts of iron oxide, silicon oxide, and other components, appearing white.   White Fused Alumina uses first grade low sodium industrial alumina as raw material, which is melted at 2250°C in a high-temperature electric arc furnace.

Features:

White Fused Alumina have the characters including white color, high rigidity, low toughness, high purity, excellent self-sharpening, strong grinding force, less heat, high efficient, acid and alkali proof, high temperature resistance, good thermal-stability. It is not only the high degree abrasives material but also grinding, polishing material.

Application:

White Fused Alumina is widely used in manufacture grinding wheel, sharping stones.It is also used as a sandblasting abrasives for surface preparation tasks.
